What we store
Only when you submit the Early Access, Whitelist or Collab form:
- Your X account: your X user id, @username and display name, read once through "Log in with X". We do not get your password, and we never post or read anything else on your behalf.
- Your wallet address (Early Access and Whitelist), to put it on the list.
- What you typed in the form: the link to your post, your note, or your project details (Collab).
- Which quest steps you ticked on the page.
- A one-way scrambled code made from your IP address, only to stop spam. We cannot turn it back into your IP.
Browsing the site stores nothing about you on our side. Your quest progress and music setting are kept in your own browser.
Why
- To review applications and build the Early Access list and the Genesis Heroes whitelist.
- To make sure each person and each wallet applies once.
- To contact projects that ask for a collab.
Who sees it
Only the RBH Heroes team. The data is stored in a Cloudflare database, and the human check on the forms is Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not sell or share your data. Wallet addresses that make the whitelist become public anyway, because the mint contract checks them on the blockchain.
How long
Until the Genesis Heroes mint and the game launch are over, then we delete anything not needed to run the game.
Remove your data
Send a direct message to @RBHHeroes from the X account you signed up with, and we will delete your application. We will never ask you for a seed phrase, a private key or a payment to do this.
